You should, before making a complaint to the Commissioner, speak to your lawyer first about any concerns you have. If, after speaking to your lawyer, you still have concerns or, if you consider you cannot speak to your lawyer, then contact the Commissioner.
Not every problem you may have with your lawyer can be investigated by the Commissioner. If your matter is before a court or tribunal, it may be better to raise your concerns there.
